Game play is a bit strained. Wins can be nice but more often than not there are no wins. On the first slot I am nearing 500 spins without hitting free spins. You have a nice variety of slots which is a plus. I had the opportunity to deal with customer service. I was able to spin but it never stopped it would error and just take my coins this happened at least 5 times for me. I checked connection and that was good. When I contacted support I received the response we were down for maintenance sorry. How does that address my coin loss. Here is a novel idea when down for maintenance don't allow us to spin or not even log in. All and all I'm not disappointed with game but it also is not my top pick to play

Lots of variety in these slots and enjoyment but I hate it when they don't work. They need to send a warning box when doing updates or fixing problems so the players know what is going on.

Many times, when I try to play, it takes multiple times to load. Hangs up part way through loading, freezes browser.
