I really enjoy the game but I don't play very long because the wheel always seems to land on 20000 and you have a very high bet at 18000 and trying to buy coins just doesn't work wish I could play longer best game I have found

I really like the games that are available in each of the 2 programs (Old and New Vegas) even though many are the same. My only complaint is the amount of free coins issued. These only last a few minutes at best, but a player's can always save them up instead of buying coins.

I want to try new games but you seldom give me that opportunity.the same "new" ones appear and stay entirely too long. I like your sight and have for years.

I am giving these sites 3 stars. First, the sites have great sites to play games. There is some variety of games "open" to players between the two sites depending on your level. Also nice: there are free coins available every 3 hours which is nice. There are a couple of games that I love to play the most of course and due to my level, these same games are available in both sites. I notice there are usually over a hundred players on these sites which means you are automatically competing with them and will be playing in tournament mode whether you want to or not. No options there and generally, people have no idea why they are in a tournament all of a sudden. A few negatives: one is that you don't get alot of free coins which means you will only get a few minutes of play time. My free coin allotment lasts maybe 5 minutes usually. So I've learned that players should not bet high - just little amounts to stretch the coins out. Because the games are close to those real casino games, you might win every 10 or so spins so players should expect to have long stretches where they don't win anything for many spins. But players have the option to buy coins as needed which is nice. The thing that bothers me the most is the tournaments. You are entered whether you want to be or not. The pop up notices on place happen at any time and will affect your game playing. These notices block your playing screen and if you are using the mouse to affect the reel timing, you get stopped from doing this. There is no opt-out for the tournaments, and unless you can bet very competitively, you will lose your coins in a matter of minutes and gain nothing. I know the more players, the less you win unless you are mostly out betting them. Overall, fun games on Facebook. I really enjoy the variety of games offered in each site. I have been a player for almost 2 years now. Occasionally, I have had chip transaction problems with not getting chips or the purchase being duplicated resulting in a double buy - but ZENDESK has always made things right and provided all missing coins. I am happy to see that support is immediately available directly through the game sites instead of having to exit and go to the business app site to lodge a complaint. That method was extremely frustrating and you were lucky to get any kind of resolution. and I always had to ask FaceBook to intervene to get any response from your business. That has since changed and I see ZenDesk making good progress on customer support responses and issue resolution now - thank you for that!!! I enjoy getting the free coins every 3 hours and often save up my free coins so that I can play for more than a few minutes. So, I guess my only complaint is that the coins do not go very far but then, I usually bet big so that there is some action and wins in the games. I've seen much improvement in the last 6 months so yes, ZenDesk is doing something right and you deserve credit for that. Players out here do notice and talk about these games.
