I have been trying to get points from a promotion that states 9,000 for 2.99. I have my payment. But need points. This has happened twice. If you can not give me points, please give me back my money. One of the receipt numbers are, 925367414247131 and the other one is 942859112497958. Please just give me the points or refund my money.

Was having trouble with web app not loading.Fired off an email and received reply the next day.Server was down at that time.maybe you could put up a web notice on the site that it is being serviced to make user aware. Thanks for the quick reply.

Build up to a Slots King
I like this slots game because you can eventually become one of the major players by competing in the big tournaments. However, it takes a while to build up in levels. The higher the level, the more chips you get in each 3 hour interval. They have many slot machines to choose from. But, they took down my favorite, which was Hot Money Slots. Out of the 100 slot machines to take down, they took down my favorite :-( Otherwise 5 stars

I have had no luck receiving the coins I purchased. This happened twice. You fixed the first one but not the second. Still owe me 800,000 coins. Very upset.

I like your games. However it seems there are glitches that always happen particularly when I start winning. I know it must be coincidental but the frequency makes these incidents more noticeable. I am constantly getting disconnected from your game server right in the middle of bonuses as an example. Also, I wrote because coins were being used but I was being disconnected so don't know if they were replaced or just overlooked. I see that there are many gamers that have yet to receive any resolution when they wrote to you so am wondering how aware you are and if you make any attempts for resolution. I received a survey but no indication that you were attempting to resolve my issues. There is a long way to go on your site for your gamers as far as responding to them. thanks for listening.
