Cannot do what you ask for

No I'm not happy. I tried to order a voucher for my parents from Canada and pay with my Visa. Only cards registered in the UK could be used. You must be the only company that enforces this stupid rule. I am registered with the Verified by Visa program so I can't see what the issue is. 1st week with 3 & so far I'm a Happy Bunny

Getting the Harvester restaurant voucher didn't work at all with my email address. On the last day before our planned meal I tried another address (both restaurant and email) and that finally did the trick. Customer support were sympathetic but could sort out the problem.

I tried to print a £5 voucher off using my tablet but because im not technologically minded I lost it in the ether, after explaining to Zendesk they sent another E.mail so that I could print it off on my computer. Thank you Zendesk

Dear sirs I bought a 7"Tablet with case and keyboard from you recently and am generally happy with the size, appearance and weight of the tablet etc. However, in your advert it says it comes pre-loaded with certain apps which include BBC Player, ITV Player, and games etc. I have used the camera, but how do I find the gallery to look at the pictures taken? There is also a struggle getting into google as obviously I want to use it as an information tool. I also tried to get a notepad of some kind, so that I could keep notes should I be out somehwere. Your instruction book is a bit vague about these matters. I can get email, which is fine, but I do not appear to be able to get the aforementioned apps, plus most of the others, which I would like to have, especially as you say they are already pre-loaded. I have inserted extra memory on the tablet, so that can't be the problem. Can you give me either some written instructions on how to access these things or, failing that, ring me MARGARET CLAYSON on 01372-747-928. Please help me get into the 21st century. I really don't want the hassle of sending the tablet back (postage costs etc). Make it simple for me, as at 75 these things take a little more understanding than it does for a younger person. I have been using a desk-top computer for many years so I am not completely illiterate about using these things - but the tablet is something slightly different.
