Excellent Technical Support
I have just changed from BT to Zen (after being a loyal customer of BT for over 45 years!) and I only wish I had done so sooner. It is so refreshing to be able to speak to people who speak the English language and who are also knowledgeable in technical support. Zen is certainly entitled to first place in the Which survey on broadband providers @ 83%.
