i can only presume you have something to do with harvester restaurants to whom I recently complained. If this is the case perhaps you should make this clear if you are seeking criticism or otherwise.

I thought the product was over priced

Had issues trying to use the £5 voucher and the customer services afterwards was really poor. Why bother advertising offers when you can't guarantee them and what's the point in having customer services who don't provide any proper service? Used to visit Harvester all the time with family but think I'll be finding somewhere else to go now!

Vic Mills Feb 21, 20:46 Hello Just come back from the Priory in gloucester, as we go every week ,today was the worst service we have ever had, no waiting for table as very empty ,normally packed. No butter, no sweet corn ,No coleslaw , no carrots No cucumber ,all the bits we like, we were sat on table 1 right by the salad counter, nearly everyone who went up was asking, we were told speak to the manager, woman ? This is the wife of the manager, he runs it perfect when we asked for him? They wouldn't say where he was, they must of split up? But the chips were cold, my wife left most of her dinner , Bread Rolls were all hard with soft margarine No Butter? My Wife and I have been going every week for year since it opened. Yes we have had some things missing, but this week was the worst going. Also the bar was empty most of the night,normally it's packed, so I am wondering if they have split up the place is gone down hill rapid He may be ill not sure as the wouldn't say, please phone me if you like as I have photos etc kind would like to send, some money back or vouchers would help,my bill was £23.48 for most food that was left, I even tapped my Wife complaining to a waiter but still nothing was offered. ordered the 2 rings didn't expect them to turn up on time as I had ordered late, however they turned up 2 days early Nd both fitted perfectly. They look better in really life than on the photo Thank you so much

my partner and my self have been several times ,we first went to the harvester at the bassets Pole my aunt lives that way she recommended it my aunt had fish and chips she has been several times and said how good it was .my partner and my self have been several times me being a x retired butcher tried the gammon which was excellent I have also tried the pork ribs very nicely cooked and presented I've also tried the rump which as you know can unpredictable depending on the cut of the meat ,we can also say how the lovely fresh and crispy salads are and the way in which they are presented and looked after we have always been very pleased with the food and service we have also been to the fox hunt at halesowen and the summer hill kingswinford ,i think they are really much the same standard very good

Very disappointed with the takeaway brought home to me because I wasn't well enough to join the family on New Year's Day. I understand there was not a lot of choice, it was cold when it reached me and dry when re-heated. The bought chicken, potatoes and a tiny piece of coleslaw. Also, my favourite part of a Harvester meal - the salad - was not offered to them. I have not yet had a reply to my comments regarding this.
