I have been having issues with this program. And Have sent them emails through their app on several occasions and no one has responded. I always get. A conversion failed. Message every time I try to. Convert a song. But As a yet No response.

I probably bought the license for a year but I am not renewing and I do not recommend it to others unfortunately. your program guys is getting worse and worse, because I have mp4 video files that no longer play in mediaplayer and mp3 files that stop downloading before reaching the end regardless of whether the files are part of the playlist, all in youtube. This has been going on for some time and this isn't the first time there have been problems. now I have to turn to other sources for download.

I use the premium version. Currently, I've noticed that ByclickDownloader has become heavier and slower in its download processing. Could you analyze this to find a way to better optimize this app? This app is very good, but I think it could be improved.

Já escrevi várias vezes pra o suporte e não recebo resposta, estou muito decepcionado com vocês ,afinal ja efetuei o pagamento desde do dia 01/11/2025 até hoje nada de resposta ,apenas pouco caso.

not working since 2 weeks, no sale service

App does not working and communication is rubbish, I have sent emails but yet to get one single reply back. I have just yesterday requested for a refund but as I write still no reply communication. This is awful. AVOID

Coloquei um review com uma estrela só mas o site não permite a visualização. Só permite a visualização 5 estrelas. NÃO COMPREM O PRODUTO DA PROBLEMAS E NÃO TEM A QUEM RECORRER. . . .

I bought the lifetime ByClick downloader but it only worked well for the first few months. I now have the problem that it downloads the video but then it doesn't convert it and so I cant put it on a USB and watch it and I also cant watch it on Windows media player. I also get the message that my 1 day free trial is over but I cant find the option on the downloader where I can type the Activation code in.

5 stars this downloader works great on YouTube playlist I travel a lot and the radio doesn't cut it so I download a lot of my favorite old time radio shows to listen to. I tried a bunch of the free software from the search engine only to find out at the end you have to pay to get the file not sure how you call that free, This software let me try it and it worked so good that I bought it. If it's a big playlist I just set it at night before I go to bed and in the morning it's ready, I burn the file to a USB and play them on my car radio.

A program nem működik! -Már hozzáadtam a -By Click Downloader- a Windows tűzfalhoz, de a probléma még mindig fennáll. Üzenetet küld, hogy -A By Click Downloader nem tud hozzáférni az internethez- (Megjegyzés: az interneten minden program hibátlanul működik. )

Besides from a few minor bugs, everything works perfectly.
