Simple and fast program. Its basic functions work perfectly. The cutting window is a bit rough. You can't set the exact cutting location. Since this is an additional feature, it's not a problem. However, if this is already have it, it would be good to refine it a bit.

It crashes my computer every time I start it.

Quite a lot of stuff it grabs it doesn't get the full video, i get between 3-7 seconds even when they are like 30 seconds or longer

Works as advertised.

I’m a happy new user of your ByClickDownload v2. 4. 27 product. However, it seems that two important files of this version ("ByClickDownload. exe" and "UpdateV2. exe") contain a virus called "Win. Malware. Acapulco-10012405-0". The virus is detected by ***www.virustotal.c*** If the virus detection is a false positive it will be advised to contact ClamAV and ask them to update their software to prevent a downgrade or wrong impression of your software. Furthermore, both files contains an out-dated certificate as well. Hope that these important issues will be fixed soon.

I purchased this tool to download YouTube video to use for editing. But the file types it creates use an unsupported video compression type. Very disappointed. Only VLC can open the videos.
