Ho appena pagato e non funziona, non finisce i downloads

The website and ordering process are good. You receive the license code directly on your screen and in an email once payment completed. I appreciate that payment can be made via PayPal, which offers buyer protection. The software is very convenient and user-friendly. There are also four improvements: 1) The files "ByClickDownload. exe" and "UpdateV2. exe" contain a virus called "Win. Malware. Acapulco-10012405-0," although this could be a false positive and is unknown at the time (13 Nov. 2025) of writing. 2) Both files also have an outdated certificate. 3) Support is not responding to my email about these two important issues. 4) Both major issues remain unresolved, which lowers the rating and gives a poor impression of the support department.

I had an older version and it expired, that one worked well Real well. I just got another Subscription and it doesn’t download anything I’ve tried ( I’ve on made about ten attempts of one file and about six tries of other files) I emailed customer support 4 days ago or three days and change maybe and haven’t heard a thing back.

i use this app for 5 years and never let me down. best app ever

Paguei a versão premium. Após a última atualização do programa, o mesmo não está baixando o filme corretamente, o filme inicia e trava logo após, também não sai o som.

Es una buena aplicación, pero aún falta corregir los fallos constantes de la autenticación de la cuenta de Chrome, es un fastidio cuando quieres descargar videos y te envía la notificación de fallos de descarga, si pudieran arreglar esa falla seria genial la aplicación.

Muito prático, rápido, intuitivo, em português, o melhor que já usei, deletei até os outros que eu tinha principalmente o ATube que ultimamente só dá erro apesar de ser gratuito. Parabéns a vocês, valeu o investimento.

was good for 6 months, used it one morning, came back the afternoon, said premium trial had ended, I bought this in Nov. previous year, stopped working Apr. or May. Have emailed support to death, all i get (when i do get and only after about a week) is a contact from what i can only imagine is a bot, because all it is basically is nothing but an acknowledgement that you have an issue. Support is unwilling to take steps to resolve issue, would rather send meaningess emails rather than restore app. I guess they're holding out for me to re-buy it. NOT HAPPY!!

אני לא מצליחה להוריד שום דבר הוא כותב לי כאילו הוא מוריד ואח"כ כותב לי הוידיאו לא נמצא על כל סוגי הסרטונים גם כאלה שבעבר ירדו לי בקלות אני רוצה להבין מה קרה???????? אשמח לעזרה שילמתי בעבר על זמן לא מוגבל ושילמתי לפני כמה ימים פעם שניה אז קודם כל אשמח להחזר ודבר שני לפתרון הבעיה במהירות למה אין שירות אני מבקשת עזרה כבר כמה פעמיים ואין תגובה!!!!!!!!!!!
