I only have great things to say about Opulent Items. It took me awhile to find the right leather sectional sofa and OI had it. This was for our non-profit corporate apartment, so price, size and color was a major factor. Henry was very responsive and advised that my initial order with headrest was a special order and would take longer. He offered the non-headrest option which could be delivered within my time frame. The sectional was professionally wrapped and delivered without any scratches or dents.This was the way to go. Getting lots of compliments about the sectional from my people. I would definitely buy from Opulent Items again.

We ordered the Matrix Double Chaise Sectional from Opulent Items and are very pleased with it. This is exactly the modern look we were going for in our new basement media room. Although it took a few months to receive the sofa (Ello Leather Sectional), it was definitely worth the wait! We were surprised by how well packaged it came and everything was in perfect condition despite the far journey. For the quality of the material (real leather), the modernness, and comfortableness, it is an amazing price! Having all these things together in one sofa is hard to find anywhere else because we had been looking everywhere. Even just the price itself is unbelievable for the size and quality! Already recommending to friends and family!

I purchased the Ello Sofa with Side Chair (along with the matching coffee table) and I had it custom produced in snow white with a black trim. The furniture arrived in good condition and I am very pleased with the style and quality. I would recommend Opulent Items if you need really nice ultra modern furniture, but I will warn you that you must wait approximately two months to receive your custom order.

I ordered a sectional sofa from opulent about a month ago. After searching what seems like the entire internet for the perfect sofa, I ended up on their website. I had a great experience with them, they were very friendly especially Henry who is in charge of sales. I spoke with Henry multiple times through phone and email working out the details and asking questions. He was very assuring and professional. The sofa was shipped and arrived in a timely manner, 2 weeks as stated that it would be on their website. It arrived packed nicely and had a substantial amount of protection from damage during transit. The sofa was able to fit through my average size front door without too much trouble. We had to take off the door to give a little bit more space but after the door was off, it slid right in. Once unpacked the sofa was without a scratch, and to the quality that I was expecting. I'm sitting on it now and it's extremely comfortable and aesthetic. I'd definitely do business with opulent items again.

If I could rate Henry performance and the folks he deal with, I would rate it 6 star. When my furniture arrived in Texas I was blow away. Folk's in my entire life I have never seen furniture pack so well that, I wanted to keep the material they use to pack my furniture not one scratch, torn or expose leather. Ordered sectional from Opulent through Amazon. I was turned away by initial rating on this set but spoke with the Henry on the phone several times before "taking a chance". Let me tell you, in real life this set is even better than on the pictures. Top grain Italian leather with 6 extra white leather pillows. Dimensions are true. The set is big but not overwhelming if you keep back rest in lower position. Seats firm but comfortable. Very satisfied with the product and the seller.

I have just installed the sectional in my apartment and it looks fantastic! The packaging was amazing and actually it took me a while to unpack everything (3 layers), but it did its job - the sectional arrived in pristine condition. My order was quite a logistical challenge, as I had to get it delivered within one week - previous delivery from another store has damaged the item, and I had guests scheduled to arrive. Opulent Items was very responsive when I was trying to find what they currently have in stock on the West Coast. I was able to find an item I was happy with, and it has arrived exactly a week after the order was placed.
