I absolutely LOVE my sofa sectional!! The color was exactly as Henry described. My family loves it, too. The size was a little intimidating at first but once I moved things around, it fit perfectly with extra room for people to walk around. Quality: The leather seems durable and high quality (I've got a threenager, Great Dane, and a Mini Schnauzer that'll test it for sure)! Color: The color is the same on the seated area as well as the back and sides. Portability: My set came in 4 sections which should make it very easy for professional movers to wrap and pack. Very excited about the Ello Sectional sofa we got delivered yesterday. - Great quality and comfort. - Excellent finish. - Gives a modern look to the room and completes it. This was my first experience purchasing from Opulent. From the first time I called I got through to a real live person. The person I spoke with to genuinely take an interest in my furniture quest, and ended up settled on a stunning new leather sectional sofa I've placed my order on August 29, 2014. Call the company two days prior to make sure they are legit. I also spoke directly with Opulent's sales rep and then searched the net for any customer complaints and unresolved issues. Delivery took a while, but it's not their fault. I end-up calling the delivery company to make sure my sofa is moving and not sitting in someone's warehouse waiting to be picked up. So much for negative... (in my case - there was none) Now about positive: Opulent does excellent job caring for its customers. All my questions, e-mails, phone calls were always answered on time; never had to wait for them to reply for more than 1 hour! And that's supper fast compare to other on-line stores. You will be speaking with LIVE person and NOT their voicemail. My sofa arrived 3 weeks later. Few things here and there, but nothing major. Nothing that has to be fixed. I've saved at list $450 on this deal compare to buying it locally. I highly recommend this company to all the skeptical buyers (as my self. I don't like to buy furniture on-line). Opulent Items carries a unique collection of high quality sofas that I really love. I was a bit worried about ordering this over internet, without getting a chance to physically feel it. I was very impressed when the shipment came after weeks of waiting. It looks exactly as I thought and the quality of materials is very good. I talked Henry, the owner over phone before making the final selection and he was very helpful and courteous. The only downside was the 6-8 weeks of waiting for the product to arrive.

Very nice material, exactly what I want! Very modern design~ I choose the Italian leather including back side and it matches with the coffee table and looks so great! I love it so much! Perfect at my house~ very nice experience with opulent items and it also easy to assemble!

I purchased a sectional couch and coffee table from this company in April 2014 and had it shipped to my address here in SJ california. I had some questions about choosing colors and Henry there in Florida was very helpful. Although it was a long wait, it was well worth it! The couch and coffee table looks identical to the pictures, and I was very pleased they had arrived with zero damage (the packaging was exceptional). I would highly reccomend spending the extra money on the Italian leather option as well as the matching coffee table. It is well worth what I paid for it and I am very pleased. I would reccomend this company and thier products (furniture) to anyone who asks me about my kick-ass couch. If there is one drawback I would say that comfort is a bit lacking (the sectional is quite firm), but I knew this going in just by looking at the pictures. I have zero issues with it because I'm more interested in how the couch looks and feels, and less about lounging around all day on it. Something to consider anyway....

When you're dealing with customers who are requesting shipment of furniture from around the globe. You have to know the universal question will be coming up on a regular basis, "when is our furniture going to arrive'? Henry has the patience of Job. He's torn between trying to placate the customers impatience, while at the same time trying to put a burr in the saddle of the manufacturer. At the end of the day it always turns out well. The bed reordered was manufactured in Spain. It is spectacular! High-gloss black lacquer and some other really unique finishes. It was more than worth the wait. Congrats Henry you done good.
