When I asked about the code being emailed like the product page says it would be they quit responding. Still waiting for my coupon code...

All around great company.

So I ordered the f body brake upgrade kit for the 3800 and when it arrived I was under the impression it came with the longer brake lines, I had just misread. The kit says its optional in the description but gives you no such choice. So I purchased the longer brake lines, no issues so far. When they arrived I noticed the zzp label titled them stock length which was an obvious error. So I emailed customer service and got a quick response with a return label. However the product made it back to zzp on friday of last week I sent an email on Tuesday or Wednesday asking for a tracking number and I was told it hasn't even been sent out yet. Why would it need to take 4 days to process a wrong item. The box was never opened it should have been a simple swap and ship. Also customer service has appeared to ignore my most recent email. I understand how these things happen, I used to work customer service at best buy (worst customers in the world) but it should have been handled quickly as this was no fault of mine.

Part quality was excellent. shipping was fast. Only comment was that I never received any shipping or tracking information after I place my order. Since shipping was quick it wasn't a big deal.
