Its almost impossible to trust someone to sell you good parts and a great customer service ZZPerformance you guys are on another level

The zzp pcm for my 3800 made such a huge difference! Doing the zzp "stage 1" kit was the biggest improvement I've experienced with my Buick Park Ave Ultra. I've already beat an early 00s 4.6 Mustang GT and a Dodge magnum v6 and it's been 2 days since I installed the mods. Worth every penny. The modular pulley system allows me to easily continue to upgrade in the future if I want.

I have a Kappa so ZZP is limited on the products that support the kappa platform. That being said of all the suppliers I've been dealing with.. ZZP is the only group that has delivered all parts on time. hopefully get everything in with in the next week and be able to review the parts themselves.

Received both in a timely manner. Coupling was not too difficult to install as I was done in an hour. Have heard good thing about the quality of the coupler that ZZP promotes but only years of time will tell.

A+ part quality for exhaust flex tube. Design was different than OEM, though. Still worked well.

Just had this product installed on my 2010 HHR Panel. I had a little bit of a hard time figuring out exactly what I needed to buy, but eventually did. It shipped and arrived in perfect shape and bolts up exactly as they say it does. Finished it off with a Street Flow muffler and it sounds great. Haven’t tested it completely as this is the first day after install, but on a short highway trip it looks like I may have picked up 2-3mpg in the process. Very happy with their product!

The products are off the chart, but I did have an issue with support when I needed it. After the mechanical installation of the pulley, thermostat and PCM the car would not start. There was a paper list of potential issues that was provided with the stage kit. At the top of the list it stated “Problem: Car won’t start” then it suggests perform a security relearn and explains where on the ZZP web site to find the procedure. I looked on the web site as per instructions in the exact location and the information wasn’t there. After numerous attempts to get the car started (now I’m getting close to late for work on night shift) I call ZZP and get an answering machine as opposed to the support I desperately needed. I did get the car running and made it to work an hour late and they surprisingly did call me an hour and a half later, but the information was not available as stated and the phone support was not available at the time I needed it. Not the end of the world, but in my opinion there is room for improvement. The people I did speak with were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Scott
