All has hone well during the majority of shipments. However, I asked that my spring shipment be delayed one week as I would be out of town. I confirmed this request prior to shipment by phone. But the shipment arrived early.

Postal service is lousy with handlining packages, And every time any plants come though the postal service I have to hold my breath. Just like this time. Plants plants came beat up! Emergency care was issued. Plants are now happy to be in the ground. Please send my future orders through UPS next time

It came in poor condition and contact them later in the day and sent a few pictures. I heard back a few days after that. I was told to look at the roots and if the roots looked a certain way it could grow or not. Never heard back from them again. This company is not like it use to be , Very disappointed 😞

You did well with the pkg and individual care of each plant however can't say the same about delivery. It was handled roughly and the soil and plants (at least two were damaged. ) I am keeping a close eye on those. The others are doing great.

Unfortunately, all of my plants arrived as we were hit with unseasonably hot weather (90's) and I planted all four of these out of fear of them dying in their pots. All four are planted in full sun on the top of a small hill that has clay soil and decomposing granite. All four plants have turned brittle and pale green, with some darkening of the leaf tips. I have been hand watering them every other day as I can't tell if they are getting too much or too little water.

Two of five plants arrived dead and replacements have not been sent even though I notified them 2 weeks ago.

Shipping notificatio s are on time. Plants always arrive in great shape with a excellent survival rate.
