I returned an item I bought in a sale, because it was smaller than I expected. The item was really easy to return, I contacted customer services and followed the instructions. It was a shame about the fit, I would have chosen the larger size, my shoulders were too wide. But it was worth it.

Love this brand! Design and functional in one product.

I have been using this socks since 2021, they keep my feet comfortably for up to 25 minutes in winter sea with temperature 6-7C. Im not interested in looking for new pair elsewhere. Customer service is 5*. I wish they will change packaging to non-plastic. It comes in super plasticky bag; Im sure there are alternatives to this.
