I ordered my wetsuit on the website which was really informative and helped me choose the right one for my needs. After purchasing I realised the delivery would just miss the lake swim I’d booked. I contacted the customer service to see if I could upgrade the delivery to next day. The team were so helpful and got back to me super fast. As the cut off for next day would have been missed if they had taken payment—they arranged this for me at no extra charge. I even offered to pay retrospectively but they waived it. They were very easy to contact and deal with, I’m glad I chose to purchase direct from zone 3 as I feel confident if I have any issues in the future that the team there are motivated to help.

Quick and easy and good return process

Customer service has been great with Zone 3 (kudos to Adam who helped me with a wetsuit and exchange). Shipping is pretty fast and well packaged, communications are good without being too much.

Great service fast shipping and great product although the arms are very delicate one f the arms has torn on only my second time of wearing the wet suit so a little disappointed

As mentioned above service first class. One small point I ordered 2 pairs swim goggles. One pair came with covering case, the other did not which was a shame. Other than that I have always been delighted with Zone 3
