The stroller came quicker than I expected and I haven't had to call customer service for anything but I am sure I would get the help I need. The packaging for the stroller was amazing! It came mostly assembled and was organized in the box. Everything was positive from the moment of delivery to testing the stroller out and using it in my day to day!
