Great customer service and amazing selection of perfumes to choose from. Everytime I order samples or discovery set I always end up ordering a full size bottle of 1 or2 of the perfumes sampled.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate the customer service on my very first order with you. You absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. From the way the item was packaged, to the lightning-fast shipping, to the thoughtful details like slipping the samples in an envelope and even providing a promo code for next time—everything was dialed in perfectly. And about those samples—I loved that you mixed it up. Living on the East Coast, I swear I have about 50 samples from Precious Liquid at this point (I probably don’t even need to buy a bottle since they keep sending the same ones over and over). But you all actually gave me something different, and I already know at least one of them is going to turn into a full-size purchase. That’s how you do it. So thank you again—A+ all around.
