I had been wearing non slip gloves for ages during my daily practice because I just could not stop slipping. I bought a number of different mats and all were the same. I finally read that cork mats were the best for non slip and tried on from Zen Vibes…absolutely brilliant! It’s a beautiful mat, great thickness for my knees and no more non-slip gloves for me! I only wish it was wider, it’s a little slim but it’s still workable. Very happy!
