Zenagen's customer service has not met expectations. Product delivery has been inconsistent; my scheduled shampoo delivery is lost and a week overdue. After several email inquiries to customer service, I have not received any responses or updates regarding the resolution of my issue. Consequently, I have opted to cancel all subscriptions due to the lack of assistance provided regarding an order of significant value.

The shampoo, rinse & serum are the best that I have used but it is too soon to tell if it will stimulate hair growth.

I really like the products by zenagen especially the revolve shampoo. It does not weigh down my hair after washing and gets it very clean and soft

After chemo and later another illness hair loss and later breakage was a real problem with what had been long thick hair. My hair stylist--Brad Davis in Midland, used your shampoo and conditioner on my hair. So I started using it at home and now have long thick hair again. Recently I tried your new-to-me product Hair Serum and it is great also.
