I love my new Zenegen hair serum, and have been using it every day, it seems to be helping!

Loving the products so far. I have only been using the Revolve shampoo and conditioner for a month and already notice a difference. My hair is fuller after styling. The volume foam is excellent.

I had just place my order and a little bit later wanted to add a couple of things before shipping, I got to speak to a Chat Bot that said we could possibly add a couple more products. Never heard back and order was shipped. Not any type of real customer support. A business just doesn’t run itself without some live contact.

Amazing products and fast shipping

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for just over a month now. I love how it lathers up and my hair feels really clean. Can’t say I see any difference yet in hair regrowth, but I’m hopeful.

I cannot express how much I regret using the REPAIRACLE spray. For context before using this spray I had thick curly perfect virgin Arabian hair down to my hips. I used the Zenagen revolve shampoo and conditioner like normal. I used the Repairacle spray on my damp hair afterward to help with my detangling. I detangled half my hair and then I had to rush to work for my double shift. By the end of my shift all of the hair in the back of my head was severely tangled. I tried for 3 days to detangle my hair myself. The repairacle spray left my hair sticky, hard, and stuck together. By the end of the 3rd day, after spending hours (on average 6-10 hours per day) at a time trying to finger detangle the massive matts in the back of my head, I realized I needed professional help. I spent 17 hours over the course of 2 days at a hair salon in Denver having 2 hairstylists detangle my matted hair. This detangling service cost me $1200. I missed my flight to Chicago to visit my family for the holidays so that was another $300 wasted. And the worst part is I lost half of my hair. My gorgeous butt-length hair was left broken and THIN. I have receipts of the salon cost. I have pictures of my hair matted before the detangling service started. I have pictures of half my hair on the floor of the salon. I suffered 17 hours of physical pain while the cemented, hard mat was being combed through. I suffered embarrassment from people assuming I hadn't taken care of my hair for years. This mat developed over the course of 1 day! The Repairacle spray matted my hair. And no it's not user error. You do not grow hip length hair without knowing how to take good care of your hair. I have to start my hair growth journey all over again. SIX YEARS of hair growth wasted! How does Zenagen plan to remediate this?

Zenagen's customer service has not met expectations. Product delivery has been inconsistent; my scheduled shampoo delivery is lost and a week overdue. After several email inquiries to customer service, I have not received any responses or updates regarding the resolution of my issue. Consequently, I have opted to cancel all subscriptions due to the lack of assistance provided regarding an order of significant value.
