Love Zanerobe and always get complemented whenever I’m rocking something from them. Quality of materials is great and the customer service has always been easy to deal with whenever I have had a problem or question in regard to their products. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the reward points. The drop down will say it’s a certain dollar amount off for the points you have but when you apply them it actually doesn’t match up.

Never fails to amaze.

Items came super late - stuck for weeks at sorting facility. A rat must’ve gotten through my bag. It happens, but… I emailed customer service immediately and not a single person has responded. I’ve continued to email them about my order every single day since the order came and it’s been over a week with no response. I’ve dialed the two phone numbers listed on customer service and they are disconnected.
