I have been a loyal customer since 2010. My entire wardrobe was fitted by zannies. Shirts. Hats. And most importantly pants. I know companies evolve and change. I know style shifts to reflect the times. Maybe it’s me. But current styles are seemingly a complete departure to what I and many other fans loved about this brand. Hopefully the baggy clothes pendulum will swing again y’all will realize that what drew people to your style was the best fit on the market. Baggy where it mattered and fitted where it counts. I’ve not made a purchase in years. It’s clear they don’t prioritize the wardrobe I’ve come to love. That’s fine. I’ll wait and hope for a shift.

Really happy with these pants. The fit is great, relaxed and baggy without looking too baggy, and the pinstripe grey looks even better in person. They feel well made and are easy to dress up or wear casually. Definitely one of my favourite pairs of pants right now.

ordered three jumpers on 19 July. Two were delivered, but the third was never shipped. The most frustrating part is that I was never contacted to let me know there was an issue with the missing jumper. I only found out it couldn't be fulfilled because I emailed the company myself asking for an update on my order. I was then told on 3 August that the jumper was out of stock. However, today is 6 August, and the exact same jumper is still listed as available for purchase on the website, despite being told by customer support that the warehouse has no stock. It's unacceptable that customers are still able to purchase an item that the company apparently cannot fulfil. The jumper was purchased as a birthday gift, and because I wasn't notified there was an issue, I lost the opportunity to purchase an alternative that would arrive in time. While I appreciate receiving a refund, that doesn't make up for the lack of communication. I asked several reasonable questions, including why I wasn't notified, why my order was accepted if there was no stock available, why the jumper was still being advertised as available, and I requested that my complaint be escalated. I dealt with Ana from customer support and was extremely disappointed with how my concerns were handled. Despite sending detailed emails, I received the same generic response twice simply stating that the jumper was out of stock and that the website was being updated. None of my other questions were addressed, and my request to have my complaint escalated was ignored. A refund is the bare minimum when an order can't be fulfilled. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of communication and the failure to properly address my concerns. Based on this experience, I won't be purchasing from ZANEROBE again.
