Product arrived but one clip does not work

My toy broke and no longer worked. I contacted Zalo, filled out the warranty form and replacement arrived shortly thereafter.

The vibrator itself is amazing. 5/5 for me. The layout of the app is unfortunately lacking, and it's rather clunky and uncomfortable to use. Shipping was quick and easy, nice and discrete.
