The battery in the remote didn’t work. I can’t find that battery type in person so I have to order it online. Other than that, the strength of vibration is pretty good. Definitely audible in a silent room, but I couldn’t hear it when walking around outdoors.

The charger seemed to fix the issue I was having but I think the Kyro wand doesn't have a quality charging port. I've only had this item for a couple of years and don't use it often but it's having problems charging. . I do like the item for if need be I will replace it
