I've had great experience with Yuum customer service - they are friendly, helpful and honest, and the service felt very personal. They shipped my order really carefully, with my box of mochi secured within cooling packs and labels on the outer box to let the delivery company know it was a food item to be delivered today. Overall the ice cream tasting mochi were delicious. The whole fruit ones were not for me. Customer service was good. Delivery was quick. Not sure if the quality warrants the price, but then again I have little experience with mochi.
