Communication was great my order was running late because of courier problems. They emailed me quickly and offered a full refund because wasn't shipped when supposed to. I was fine waiting and they even gave me some freebies to make up for it. First class

Considering I got one of my orders, the same week that Black Friday was on, it’s still only took seven days to get here. It comes incredibly well packed with freezer blocks and the boxes are incredibly sturdy, and insulated. Rest assured I will be buying more, it helps that they’re incredibly delicious and addictive, especially the ice cream ones.

Delicious! Delivery was quick. Packaged well; arrived cold. Authentic, tasty mochi. Love it and will be a regular customer.

I was kept informed about delivery and they arrived on time, carefully packed so they remained frozen. I’m afraid they didn’t get as far as the freezer. They were far too delicious!

Fast delivery, well packaged too keep items cold, so far only had one flavour out of many that wasn't for us but that is to be expected as we ordered so many! Really love the quality and size of each mochi, can't compain about quality thanks so much.
