This was my first time ordering and drinking an old tea that was new and young when I was under 30. It was smooth and earthy. The earthy essence reminded me of the earthy undertone of flavor in beets, which I like. It brews very quickly and makes a dark, clear tea within just one or two steeps after the wash.

One of my goto tea sources when my stocks get low. So many wonderful options.
