Solid is the right word for this tea. If someone were to ask what black tea tastes like, I'd give them this rather than give them something to impress them or hit them with some kind of wow factor. This is very in-the-middle in a good way that is very enjoyable. . the kind of tea you drink all day. It isn't super sweet to me personally but has a more mellow lemony flavor. Overly malty teas like the Black Gold Bi Luo Chun taste off to me and this doesn't have any of that. It's a great tea that would have to go on my short list!

My friend is a big fan of Da Hong Pao, and after a long separation, when we met, we drank this foreign tea. I would compare the blend and pleasant astringency with long-term elite whiskey. Incredible tea!

I've been looking for fresh high quality oolong for a long time. I thought Yunnan Sourcing would be legitimate given they show the harvest season and year, but I have been astonished at how delicious and fresh the tea tastes. They'll be my only tea source in the future.
