I received my order and everything was good. Only thing I would like is maybe a faster shipping option included on the site checkout. It took around 2 weeks to arrive which isn't that bad though.

i ordered grommet for vcore
i ordered grommet for vcore 2018, 2019. your website said it was the right grommet for that racket. i ordered the last one only to find out it doesnt fit my 2019 yonnex vcore .I ordered it because your supply for that racquet is almost non existant. it was quite disappointing to find out from of courts (london ontario) that it isnt the right grommet. You guys specifically said on your website that it was the right one. i ended up paying 14.95 plus 18.00 shipping cost for something not suitable. i would like a refund or one that will fit at no charge. maybe you can get your london ontario yonnex rep to take one into of courts so they can repair my racquet.
