This was my first time ordering a racket online and was a bit worried about damage. But it came in perfect shape in a study box and racket case. I do wish that the description of my racket stated that it came with a case since a couldn't find it anywhere on the website but it came with one and that's all that matters :)) Lastly, I did have a bit of trouble with the shipping as the carrier UPS delivered it to my front door when I specified for them to put it at my back door since I wouldn't be home at the time... (not yumo's fault but just a struggle I had) Overall, really great and super happy with the product. Would definitely order again :D
