I received a "Sorting Hat" for Christmas. It seemed to say only one thing. I contacted your customer service and they were fairly prompt in answering my query. I asked if it could say anything else. I was thinking maybe it was damaged in shipping. To my surprise, it was the matter of flipping a switch. It now says many different things. Thank you for your quick and kind action. I never give five stars. Everyone has room to improve no matter how good they are.

I purchased a Harry Potter magical capsule for my daughter. When she opened it on Christmas, she found that Dobby, one of the creatures, was missing a limb. I emailed customer service to let them know and they quickly responded saying that a replacement Dobby had been mailed. The package arrived today and YouMe also included an extra Harry Potter toy. My daughter was so happy to receive it. YouMe went above and beyond to address the issue. I’m great appreciative and will definitely be purchasing more items from the company in the future. We purchased many stranger things blind bags and 75% of them were Steve You guys were nice enough to send us a couple figures that we didn’t have.

Purchased the among us blow up costume from Amazon. When I received it, it appeared fine but would not blow up with the given blower. Contacted the seller and got a replacement blower immediately. Also threw in a little gift for my trouble. Excellent customer service! Will definitely buy from this company again.
