LOVE these products. I was unable to use the under eye brightener however. I believe I am allergic to something in that one product- but love the rest of it. The team at YSE were so kind and promptly refunded me on that part. I will definately be purchasing more from them in the future! Also- heads up the exfoliating pads are the TICKET!!! Makes my skin feel and look amazing! Thx YSE!

Shipping is well packaged and prompt. Very nice product line, I really enjoy it. One thing g that needs significant improvement is customer service. It is by email only. You NEED a live customer service line. Period. I had a problem ordering off your site and it took one solid week to resolve the problem and get my order placed. The person who initially answered my email was then off for a couple days and someone different took over. Then again a lapse of a couple days to reply. I found this extremely frustrating and couldn’t figure, for the life of me, why such a nice product line would have dropped the ball on customer service. Please consider live customer service.
