Can’t say enough good things about these pads. Bring my skin glow and hydration all day. Safe for eczema prone skin. Couldn’t go without them. Will say they are HUGE so honestly rip them in half bc I don’t need the whole pad both sides in the am.

I followed up with the company to let them know about the rash I developed and the response was “awe, bummer”

Good customer service was provided when I received a faulty product. It took a little back-and-forth, but a replacement was shipped, and fortunately, I do love the product now that I can actually see what it should be like. It would have been nice to have a sample or something included as compensation for the inconvenience, since receiving a product with a faulty applicator was a hassle.
