Great customer service, shipping was easy to track and I was really happy with how my yoyo was packed, the box arrived dented but the yoyo inside cushioned with all the packing paper was perfectly safe.

I received a C3 Scintillator and the shipping was fast. They even threw in some extra strings and wrote a nice note on the receipt. An additional touch that wasn't necessary, but is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for the fast shipping and extra strings!
