I've been using Morning Routine for a few months now, and it's really transformed my mornings and my day. 1- I generally drink too much coffee, and this helps me keep the coffee craving away for the first hour of my day. 2- when I do finally drink coffee, I'm now hydrated and my body feels better prepared to handle it. 3- It's actually really enjoyable to drink (it tastes great)! I started out adding the minimum 16 oz of water with it to try and get to my coffee as fast as possible. But now that I know how much I enjoy it, I find myself adding more and more water every day to stretch it out a bit longer and maximize my hydration.

Since I have started using morning routine, I do not feel the need for coffee anymore. I feel like it gets my day going. I feel like the elderberry is super important right now, because it’s good for your immunity My doctor has wanted me to take vitamin D forever and taking it in liquid form makes it so easy for me. And the apple cider vinegar gummies are very yummy
