Order was slow to process. Had to call company five times on followup for this order. Took from order (22nd of April ) to 15th of March to receive product. It was suppose to take up to seven working days to deliver my order.

Pool HQ did an excellent job in getting the valve delivered. And I appreciate the questionnaire as to the quality of the product. But I am unhappy with the workmanship of the product.
