I ordered a pool pump from this company on a Monday at 6 PM, called on Wednesday wondering why I had not gotten a shipping notice. Was told the order was “processing”Called again on Thursday at 4pm and found out, they still have no idea when they might get this pump and be able to send it to me. They charged my credit card on Monday, but 72 hrs later, order is “processing”. Lesson learned, avoid this company. Went to the Better Business Bureau and the company has a F score. If you’re buying something small, they might have in stock. It’s probably not a big deal but if you’re gonna buy something that costs more than $100, avoid this company.

Received (2) separate shipments for a diving board and both time the board was damaged. I requested a refund and YourPoolHQ agreed but they have not delivered the refund as yet. The customer service is terrible. Courtney refuses to provide any status updates. She claims that customer service cannot make outgoing calls, promises to send email response but it never happens, and refuses to connect me with any management person. If I could give a negative review I would. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT order anything from this company if you might have to return it. I ordered a pump and discovered it wasn't needed before I even received it. I called to cancel and told it was too late, the pump would be there the next day. Three days later the pump showed up. I then had to take pictures to verify I didn't open the pump. Once they issued an RMA, I returned the pump within a week of receiving it. It was delivered on December 9, 2024. It's now January 23rd 2025 and I still don't have my money. I call/email every week and am told the refund is in progress and I will get my refund within the week. Well, it's been 8 weeks and still no refund. I would not want anyone to go through this as it's very frustrating.

Although quick to issue an RGA# for the return, I don't think it's right for me to have to pay to return the part when it was their website that stated the part that I needed, that turned out to be wrong after entering the model number of the valve that I have.

Don’t waste your hard earned money they will take it and not give you the product you order or your mo ey back even if you take them to court

This company is a rip off don’t even waste your time or money because they will steal your money and you won’t get it back even if you take them to court

This company advertises a low price, you order it, they charge your credit card and it say processing. A week goes by...NOTHING. So then my order expectantly gets canceled. OH sorry that was too low of a price so we canceled your order. This company left me hanging for over a week yet immediately charged my credit card. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH A UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY LIKE THIS. Oh BTW if you call there it sounds luike a robot who answers the phone. Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere.

Very happy with the part. BUT ... Didn't appreciate shipping by USPS. Product was a week late because after making it into my regional center, it went BACK to the originating post office and round tripped again before finally being delivered to me. Ridiculous.
