The team at Yeti is second to none, especially Jon. Shortly after purchasing my new bike I had an issue with the dropper post. Rather than making me go through the warranty with Fox, Jon put a brand new OneUp in the mail complete with a return label. I was thrilled to be back on the trails in less than a day or two. Best customer service in the world!

Clear, complete, fast. No problem at all. Only one suggestion: investigate to include search possibility on FAQ for each bike support section. I often used the FAQ part of support section for LTE. I had to read all FAQs before finding what I was looking for. Including search possibility would be helpfull.
