The website is a fantastic place to start for manuals, parts, and apparel. Don’t go on a FB Yeti group to ask what a torque spec should be. Go to the website find your bike, find your manual, find your torque spec. It’s all there. Every order that I have directly on the website has been prompt.

I love my new Yeti SB120 in lovely lavender pearl. The trails are so much fun with the amazing suspension. I am riding happy!

Purchasing on the yeticycles. com site is dialed! Fast shipping, multiple shipping notices and tracking. I could not be happier.

Love the Yeti Cycles website. I think it's a benchmark to how websites should work and look. Easy to navigate and captures your attention.

Awesome company with excellent customer service and attention to detail.

YETI are the best bikes made. I have purchased 4 starting with the amazing SB 75. Bright yellow and one of a kind. The YETI team is committed to customer satisfaction and support their products. I only wish they made other YETI seroes in a 27. 5 size, but I will continue to purchase from YETI. They are not a "ME TOO" bike manufacture. If you've ever ridden a YETI you can tell endless hours of engineering and testing are given to each model. If you're looking to buy a REAL mtn bike look no further than YETI.
