I have a fire glass ring which works perfectly . The product gets 5 stars . . . . . BUT . . . . I lost one of the rubber feet. I ordered a replacement . . . it arrived within a reasonable timeframe and fits great . . . replacement gets 5 stars . . . . . BUT . . . the single rubber piece was close to $6 and the shipping etc was around $19 . . . . so $25 for 1 tiny rubber foot. That pricing get 0 stars. I live in Michigan

Great pricing and great service!

We had to replace some broken parts on the unit prior to it being installed. First it was the copper line, which was broken off, second there was a defective gas line which had a leak. We are suppose to be able to electronically start the unit, but even with a brand new battery we have to manually light the unit. Not sure what the problem is with the starter. It takes a while for the flame to become fully visible. All in all its just okay.
