The customer service is phenomenal. Pleasant and helpful above and beyond. I initially was trying to return an item but fortunately it was not necessary. I love this company and just purchased another pair of boots for my husband.

It was a pleasure to finally find socks that fit. The only suggestion I have is a bit more room in the ankle to help over the additional bandages that are required when wrapping an injured foot or leg. Customer service is excellent.

Non-slip is a total lie and the shoes are also super uncomfortable. There’s zero support in the arch and it feels like the bottom part is made of metal but has nothing to cushion it. The aluminum toe also constantly rubs against the top of my toes and it’s like you’re kicking metal as you’re walking. Super uncomfortable. Maybe that’s how steel toe shoes are supposed to work but it’s actual torture wearing these
