I RETURNED BOOTS FOR CREDIT AND NEVER RECEIVED CREDIT FOR THEM

I received a pair of these boots after waiting several weeks for them, I was not able to get my foot into the boot because the throat/shaft of the boot was far too restrictive. Frustrating.

I have spent my entire life wearing shoes that were WAY too small, unbeknownst to me, which has caused me severe pains in the joints of my feet after long work days. Finding out my actual shoe size and finding this company has been a Godsend. These boots are SO comfortable and I haven't had any foot pain since the day I started wearing them. THANK YOU

The return and exchange policy at XL Feet is awful! Basically a shoe sales company where you can't try on the shoes! Ridiculous. I will never buy from them again.
