I really wanted to support this store because it's hard to find wide shoes and I appreciate what they are doing. I understand a small business is a tough thing to run. However, the purchasing, return, and customer service experience is a problem. You basically can't try on the shoes and return them if they don't fit. I had a pair of shoes with some dust on the bottom that I missed before returning them. They invalidated an entire $150 refund. Additionally, the customer service rep went out of their way to tell me how disappointed they were in me while denying the claim. Also, their return portal was broken for 2+ weeks. So if you want condescending customer service, and an wack return policy, buy your shoes here.

Finally, a shoe that fits us bigfoots and I know there are a lot of us out here. Hooray for Drew shoes for 8E widths and hooray to XL Feet for carrying them at a decent price with fast shipping. Perhaps an engineer’s boot or a Wellington boot in 8E widths in the future ? Dare I hope for 9E ? Oh yeah!

Saw this store on the Internet. Needed 8EE wide walking shoes - not something you can easily get. They had a number to choose from. Sales person was very helpful. Got a pair and am satisfied with them. Would recommend.
