This is the worst ordering company that you can deal with. I cannot get a return address just to return some clothes out. It’s too big.

I ordered a dress June 9 by August 9 I still had not received my dress. They said my dress was a pre-order order and pre orders take longer whatever that means. Anyway I cancelled my order and got a refund.

Would be really great to see the frames on a real person before ordering since I now need to send them back because they're really large for my face. X-Wear, PLEASE show pics of the glasses on actual people on the product page so we can see just what size they are. That would be a BIG help!

I reached out to the owner as I had been in your store this summer- never received a call back. So I ordered sunglasses online; and then order was cancelled due to lack of stock. Would have appreciated some feedback on other options or later delivery date. I do appreciate the immediate refund of money but in the end what I wanted was sunglasses and service and I did not receive either. Was really disappointed
