Communication was bad, the person I was working with didn’t let me know that they had received my order number from a damaged shipment that I received and also didn’t let me know that my new order was shipped had to wait for shipment details. Communication is everything .

Poorly packaged
Don’t know what happened but the packaging was atrocious this time. You can’t stuff 3-12 count 16oz cases in a flimsy oversized cardboard container with no packing material and expect it to survive the trip unscathed.

Online prices are at or slightly lower than prices I found at local stores. Online there are many more flavors than I was previously aware of. I had no desire for products with pineapple or coconut flavors until I tried ZOA pineapple, coconut drink, which is now my favorite drink.
