My last two orders now have had issues where I do not recieve my orders. But my most recent order which was confirmed by Zoa on 10/10/2023 was never shipped and the order number no longer shows up on the website. I checked my bank account and the mo ey for the order was taken from my account. I have reached out to customer support multiple times over the past few days for any update and still have not recieved any emails from Zoa (10/18/2023). It's a shame I like there products but every time I order something goes wrong.

i ordered the zoa+ buy one get one freeand regular zoa never got the package emailed zoa said it got lost theey reordered only got 2 cases and was suppose to get 3 i tryed working with them by emailing but they refuse to answer back all for 1 case that they would nvr miss out of millions that they sell im done ordering from zoa they will be lucky if i order from amazon

I have no complaints with ZOA. Their customer service team works great because some of my ZOA cans came dented and they sent me replacements. I love ZOA Energy and will always be a customer.

The zero sugar flavors are very good. I am a sugar lover but dont find it necessary with Zoa! I have replaced my afternoon coffee with Zoa and not only is it cheaper than my large iced coffees but gives me the boost I need but keeps me peppy through the whole day!

I love everything Zoa, the taste, the ingredients, the energy and no crash. What else could you ask for??? Nothing, so go get some!!!

A good number of cans arrive smashed inside the carton. I’d prefer to just go to Sam’s club and buy the monster drinks, they take the time to make sure the packages are securely package prior to sending out
