The supplements were great. My only complaint is the size of the pill bottle. The squareness makes it too large to nestle in the basket with my supplements and vitamins. Just awkward sized packaging.

Since starting this product my main objective was to find something to help curb my late night sweet tooth and help with my bloating. I'm just a month away from my 50th birthday and I know nature does funny things. . but taking this my bloat has decreased and I have noticed my sweet cravings are not like they were. I will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a multi vitamins and something to help with just some weight lose.
