I purchased these tires from the website. When they arrived, I took them out of the package and put them on the rim only to find out they were too big and the tires didn’t fit between the fork. I reached out to customer service to return for a refund so I can order new tires that will fit, and Matt reaches out to me to tell me they can’t be returned, even though they are new and unused. They never even touched the ground as I couldn’t mount the wheel to the bike. The policy on the website doesn’t say anywhere that you can’t return them if you open the package. It states: “ Products purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return : • The product must be in it's original packaging. • Can't be Expert Voice or Pro Deal purchases. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. ” I reached out to Matt again after his email, with a screenshot of their return policy but have yet to hear back. I spent about $100 on these two tires that don’t fit, (I also purchased 2 inner tubes) and so I don’t recommend getting these tires or using this company. Clearly they just want your money, and now they have lost a future customer. As a personal trainer and cyclist I will also make sure to let everyone I know NOT to use this company, unless they want to get scammed as well! I would give it ZERO STARS if that were an option!!

Unable to return product as it was ordered at a discount rate on expert voice. I’m now stuck with a brand new tire that was a gift for someone else. I’d love for store credit at least. Guess I should’ve read the return policy before making purchase. But who actually does that. No one to blame but myself. Wish the tire was a 29” not 27. 5”. I’d keep for myslef.
