I needed 2 skeins of a particular yarn,color, dye lot. I checked their online store and they had several skeins in th right color. I called and the associate looked through the bin and found 2 of the right dye lot. She set them aside with my name and advised me to order them online. I did as she asked and put a comment on my order. I ordered them on Wednesday and I received them on Friday in Minnesota! I couldn’t believe how fast they arrived. I will order from them again and stop in if I’m in the area!!
