整體服務好好,但我帶貓貓嚟做基本清潔，我嘅概念係剪指甲、清潔眼同耳仔，但當時兩位服務員唔太主動，只幫我貓貓剪指甲同剃腳底毛，清潔耳朵係我問佢包唔包先幫我整，最後連眼都沒有清潔，但單張同網上描述好似唔一致同沒有說明。
